Job Description
Main Objective

Responsible for leading a high-performance team, ensuring the efficient and strategic execution of compensation, benefits, recruitment, selection, talent attraction, and training areas, through effective resource management, the implementation of continuous improvements based on data analysis, and the design of competitive strategies.

What challenges will you have?
  • Manage, lead, motivate, and recognize the Human Resources team under your responsibility, ensuring their training and development through the tools provided by the company.
  • Promote the implementation and/or modification of processes and/or projects that drive continuous improvement or indicator efficiency, through the analysis of key Human Resources metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities in the areas under your responsibility.
  • Design compensation, benefits, recruitment, selection, training, and development strategies that allow the company to remain competitive in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
  • Supervise recruitment, selection, compensation, benefits, training, and development processes to ensure their execution in compliance with the indicators and standards defined by the area.
  • Employee training and development: identify training needs and organize programs to improve employee skills and career progression.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary documentation from the areas under your responsibility during internal and/or external audits.
Qualifications
