A global industrial company in Santiago de Querétaro is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner. The role involves facilitating organization development, advising managers, and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Candidates should have proven leadership and HR experience, as well as strong knowledge of local labor laws and cultural aspects of Mexico. This position promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as strategic point of contact to the regional HR Community.
  • Translate BU plans into people-related actions.
  • Advise and support business managers on HR matters.
  • Facilitate organization development and change management.
  • Deploy HR strategies related to talent and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR guidelines globally.

Responsibilities
  • Serve the country management board as interface and strategic point of contact to the regional HR Community.
  • Act as country HR’s top strategist, change agent and implementation advisor; translate the strategic plans of BU into people-related actions and programs.
  • Be the first point of contact to business management within the area of responsibility (e.g., Legal Entity).
  • Translate business strategies into people-related actions and programs; pro-actively advise and support business managers in people and organization matters.
  • Facilitate and support organization development and change management in business transitions.
  • Deploy HR strategies (e.g., talent development and recruiting).
  • Drive and facilitate performance management and people development.
  • Monitor effective and compliant use of HR guidelines, processes and tools on a global level.
  • Act as key contact for works councils / labor law.

  • Proven previous Leadership experience
  • Proven HR BP experience

  • Capability to influence the business management level and contribute to the strategy of the business
