Dauch Corporation seeks a seasoned Human Resources Director for our Mexico operations in Celaya. You will lead employee relations, compliance with Mexican labor law, and HR strategy across multi-site manufacturing, partnering with senior leadership to align people programs with business goals.

The role requires 12+ years HR experience, 5+ in senior leadership, English proficiency, and a track record in organizational design, labor relations, and talent development.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 12+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations and multi-site organisations.
  • Expertise in HRBP, Organizational Design, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Compensation, Change Management, OD.
  • Experience leading transformations, restructures, mergers, or integrations.
  • Business acumen to translate strategy into people strategies.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing decisions.
  • Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation; international HR experience a plus.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken).

Job Description
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to Drive business strategy through human capital
  • Directs Human Resources strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; executing compensation strategies.
  • Directs Human Resources organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing Human Resources objectives in line with organization goals.
  • Directs Human Resources operational strategies by analyzing trends; preparing critical measurements; implementing production, productivity, quality, customer-service, safety, security, and health strategies; leading system improvements.
  • Directs Human Resources financial strategies by anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Responsible for Human Resources programs by establishing human resources department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.
  • Directs Human Resources special projects.

Guides management and employee actions by establishing Human Resources policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

  • Complies with legal requirements by monitoring legislation; and enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Contributes to Human Resources and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
  • Responsible for management development and successions plans for the organization.

All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills And Education
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience supporting manufacturing operations and multi-site organizations.
  • Strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Design, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Compensation, Change Management, and Organizational Development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformations, restructures, mergers, or integration initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into people strategies.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing decision-making at senior management levels.
  • Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation; international HR experience is a plus.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken).
