A professional HR services provider in Mexicali is seeking an experienced HR professional to establish rules and procedures for personnel management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in business administration, at least 3 years of experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance and facilitating key HR functions. Advanced English and knowledge of IDSE and TRESS preferred.
Provide a professional service to our client in Human Resources, establishing rules, policies and procedures in personnel management, providing legal compliance in labor matters as well as provide support to personnel of the company. Also is responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs.
