Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner with comprehensive experience across core HR functions. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at creating exceptional employee experiences, supporting organizational growth, and partnering closely with leadership to strengthen culture and engagement across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze workforce and engagement trends to identify opportunities that improve employee experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process, supporting workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Management, etc.) to implement programs and ensure alignment with corporate HR strategies.
  • Support plant leadership teams in developing people capabilities, reinforcing culture, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of labor regulations and ensure compliance to minimize organizational risk.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Champion company values, ethics, and culture through HR initiatives and daily interactions.
  • Lead the full onboarding process, including documentation, immigration requirements, tax forms, and benefits administration
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR or a similar role at Senior Level.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Proven experience managing onboarding processes and HR administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related digital tools.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portugues is desirable)
