A leading technology company located in Santiago de Querétaro seeks an HR Trainee to provide administrative support across all HR areas. Ideal candidates are currently studying Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or similar, and must be in the 5th to 8th semester. The role requires intermediate English skills and a good attitude. Working hours are from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday.

Formación

  • Must be in 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th semester.
  • Availability from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsabilidades

  • Support in the administrative process.
  • Help with the recruitment and selection process.
  • Schedule interviews.
  • Support in the onboarding process.
  • Assist in Training and Development area.
  • Support Labor Relations area.

Conocimientos

Intermediate English level

The HR Trainee supports in administrative process in all areas of HR. Will be a great opportunity to learn from all areas of HR.

Critical Competencies for Success
  • Still studying the Business Administration Degree, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources degree or similar
  • 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th semester (a must)
  • Intermediate English level (desirable)
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
  • Good attitude
  • Availability from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday
