Job summary

Valeo is seeking a HR Trainee/Apprentice/VIE to support diverse HR activities at our Toluca site. This part-time trainee role provides hands-on exposure to learning support, talent development, payroll information, and employee relations, working with site HR managers and operators.

You will assist in coordinating training actions, maintaining regulatory postings, and helping organize annual appraisals and development campaigns, contributing to an engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Training needs collection and consolidation.
• Gives support to employees and managers to use MyLearning.
• Consolidates information related to Training for audits (IATF, V5000…).
• Receives Training actions evaluations and participates to the action plan.
• Coordinates Training actions organization, enrollments, and invitations for productive employees.
• Gives support in Employee relations activities.
• Ensures display and update of mandatory or legal posting within the Site.
• Collects, records or validates, and follows up absences.
• Informs and gives support to employees and managers regarding Time attendance and payroll rules and procedures.
• Transfers information and documents to the related structure when required.
• Relays information to employees and managers related to all HR topics (certificates).
• Declares and follows up work accidents.
• Is IP referent for the site and interfaces with Division and Group.
• Coordinates deployment plan with roadmaps leaders to propose annual action plans.
• Facilitates IP meetings on progresses.
• Updates tools to pilot IP axe progress towards budget.
• Supports Site HR Manager in the preparation of the Axes committee on site.
• Actively contributes to the V5000 audit.
