• Implements HR technology policies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Serves as primary contact for managing HR technology systems and upgrades.
• Supports configuration, testing, and rollouts for HRMS modules and related apps.
• Prepares reports, analytics, and dashboards for HR decision-making.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to design and implement HR technology initiatives.
