Overview
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond to employees' labor-consulting inquiries and questions.
- Support the resolution of internal conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.
- Enforce and monitor compliance with policies and internal regulations.
- Authorize personnel movements (hiring, terminations, job changes, vacations, and absences).
- Participate in the induction of new employees.
- Support the identification of competency needs.
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Administrate personnel files.
- Assist in processing and resolving payroll queries.
- Assist with social, cultural, and sporting events.
- Know the requirements applicable to the safety, health, and environmental system in accordance with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards corresponding to your position.
- Evaluate to measure staff motivation according to established standards.
- Know and comply with the requirements of IATF 16949 in its most current version.
- Evaluate staff motivation according to established criteria (employee of the month, authorized improvement proposals, annual plant operational analysis results, annual staff performance results).
- Promote effective interactions between employees and communicate notices, announcements of new policies, or important events.
Your Skills & Strengths
- Four years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar field.
- English (level B2).
- Knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word).
