• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Training & Development area within a medium or large company.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the performance evaluation process and ensure proper follow-up.
• Support Regional and global deployment of talent strategies.
• Act as a business partner for designing training solutions.
• Monitor the progress of training programs.
• Plan and control the training budget.
• Provide support to learners during training sessions.
• Serve as the local leader for communications.
• Design and monitor regional training initiatives.
• Manage the trainees' program and relationships with universities.
• Act as a trusted partner for HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Lead the performance evaluation process and ensure proper follow-up at every stage.
• Support Regional (Mexico & USA) and global deployment of talent strategies, plans, and policies for all employees.
• Act as a business partner to stakeholders in designing and implementing regional training and development solutions to promote internal talent.
• Monitor the progress of training programs and provide relevant statistics and reports.
• Plan and control the training budget for the USA and Mexico.
• Provide support and guidance to learners throughout their training sessions and courses.
• Serve as the local leader for communications, ensuring that employees at all levels have access to proper online communication channels.
• Design, develop, and monitor regional training initiatives aimed at solving operational challenges.
• Manage the trainees' program and maintain relationships with local universities.
• Act as a trusted partner for both business and HR stakeholders across the region.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Training & Development area within a medium or large company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to hold a conversation in English.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong leadership, proactivity, and a high sense of accountability.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
