The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting various HR processes and initiatives within the organization.   • Key Responsibilities
    • Support the Recruitment Specialist in the hiring and recruitment process for direct and indirect open positions.
    • Support the interview process for internal promotions of direct and indirect positions.
    • Develop and execute employee recognition programs to motivate, engage, and retain employees.
    • Coordinate the on-boarding process of new hires.
    • Input employee personal data into Human Resources systems ((People Central and TRESS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Actively participate in motivational events and employee recognition programs to promote a positive work culture.
    • Generate weekly and monthly HR KPI’s.
    • Assist with International Mobility processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Guide employees through the voluntary termination process.
    • Conduct surveys and collect feedback from employees.
  • Experiência y requisitos
    • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 1‑2 years of experience in HR.
    • Fluent in spoken & written English.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
