Este rol implica ser el primer punto de contacto para consultas, asistencia en administración de HR y soporte en procesos coordinativos. Se requiere un título en HR o Psicología, junto con habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente. HR Services Administrator

The HR Services Administrator serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries. The role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative support, resolving Tier 1 requests, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of employee data and HR transactions in alignment with internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • First level support for employees and line managers in HR related inquiries
  • Answering internal inquiries
  • Responding to inquiries and performing transactions using documented processes and policies (through Inquiry System)
  • Escalating issues to second level support or triages inquiries to the appropriate queue
  • Inputting basic employee data into the HRIS System database and or documenting activities as requested
  • Generate basic reports and performance measurements
  • Reviewing documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes and verifying their accuracy
  • Support in various coordinative tasks for HR
  • Collaboration and support in various HR processes and process optimizations
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Travelling Requirement: Minimal

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in HR, Psychology or similar
  • Work Experience: Basic experience in HR administration in an internation environment and e xperience with time recording and absence management is preferred
  • Advanced English level/ fluent in English speaking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation,
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously.

Additional Remarks: This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a global HR Services team supporting employees across multiple countries. The successful candidate will bring a customer-first mindset and a proactive attitude to ensure a seamless HR service experience.

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
