A global technology company in Naucalpan de Juárez seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of payroll experience, a degree in Business Administration or similar, and fluency in Spanish and advanced English. This role involves calculating work hours, preparing paychecks, and responding to employee compensation inquiries. A collaborative work environment with a strong focus on learning and inclusion is provided.
Service Delivery (SDL) contains the managing of operation of service delivery to employees and managers and the monitoring of service delivery operations, technology, transaction processes, and call centre efficiency. Also comprises the establishment of standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programmes.
