Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking an HR People Support Advisor to join the Human Resources team in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León. This on-site role will begin 100% on-site for 8–9 months and transition to a 3 days on-site / 2 days remote hybrid model.

You will be the primary HR contact, collaborate with Payroll, and support labor relations, benefits, payroll coordination, and compliance with Mexican labor laws while using HRIS tools and AI to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency for international communication with global teams (US, India, Brazil).
• 1–3 years of HR Generalist/Advisor experience in multinational companies.
• Strong Office/Excel analytics and HRIS familiarity (Workday or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Admin, Psychology, Law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees, handling inquiries and requests end-to-end.
• Coordinate payroll-related inquiries with Payroll team.
• Manage multi-channel communications (phone, tickets, Teams, in-person).
• Support Labor Relations, Union Relations, Benefits, Payroll, and Mexican labor law compliance.
• Leverage HRIS, analytics tools, and AI tools to optimize HR service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies and data privacy guidelines.
