The Opportunity
As HR Ops Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of applies knowledge of the Data Science & Advanced Analytics area to ensure achievement of key area goals and objectives. Independently resolves complex problems without clear precedents, requiring extensive investigation and analysis. Responsible for creating data mining algorithms/architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis to identify trends in large data sets, based on scientific methodologies. Execution of key area processes and initiatives, ensuring methods align with the overall functional and business strategy, exercising flexibility to adapt plans as needed.
Who Are We Looking For?
• Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology.•Experience: 3+ years of experience in human resources, data analysis, or a related field.• Data Literacy: Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Excel, R, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is important. Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques is a plus.• HR and Business Acumen: A solid understanding of human resources practices, talent management, organizational development, and business operations is crucial to interpret data in the context of an organization's goals and challenges.• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are needed to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Written and verbal communication skills are equally important. Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), Portuguese is a plus.• Project Management: People Analytics Consultants may work on multiple projects simultaneously. Effective project management skills help in setting priorities, managing deadlines, and delivering results.• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are essential, including the ability to work with large datasets, conduct statistical analyses, and derive meaningful insights from complex information.
