AlertMedia is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to join our Mexico People team. The role covers payroll, benefits, HRIS, time and attendance, statutory compliance, and vendor coordination, reporting to the Regional HR Manager.
You will own end-to-end payroll processes, coordinate with our payroll provider, and ensure compliant, accurate, and scalable People operations while delivering an excellent employee experience. Hybrid work in Mexico City is offered.

AlertMedia is looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to join our growing People team in Mexico. This role will help build and manage the operational foundation of our Mexico People function, supporting payroll, benefits, HR systems, time and attendance, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle administration, and vendor coordination.
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager and partnering closely with Global HR Operations, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and external providers, you will help ensure our People Operations processes are accurate, compliant, scalable, and deliver a great employee experience.
You are a detail-oriented and service-minded HR Operations professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes. You understand that great People Operations requires both accuracy and strong employee experience. You are comfortable working across payroll, benefits, systems, and vendors, and you know how to spot discrepancies, ask the right questions, follow through, and escape when needed.
You thrive in a growing environment where not every process is fully built yet, and you are excited by the opportunity to help create, document, and improve the way we operate.
This is a hybrid position ( 3 days a week) in our downtown Mexico City (Reforma area) offices.
