Formación

• Strong interest in HR operations and data-driven decision making.
• Basic knowledge or interest in automation and macros.
• Availability to work part-time from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR operational and administrative processes.
• Manage and analyze HR databases and reports.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel.
