- Lead and restructure the HR department in a growing industrial plant.
- Manage a team of approximately five HR professionals.
- Oversee full-scope HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, and organizational development.
- Drive mass recruitment strategies and on boarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and manage union relations, including collective bargaining agreements.
- Represent the company in dealings with chambers of commerce, associations, and organizations.
- Handle labor lawsuits and coordinate with legal teams.
- Manage affairs with Mexican Migration Authorities.
- Foster communication, influence, and strategic alignment with business goals.
Perfil buscado
- 5+ years in HR leadership roles within industrial environments of 1,000+ employees.
- Launching new facilities or building HR departments.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and union negotiations.
- Mass recruitment and organizational transformation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of influence and strategic thinking.
- Bilingual.
