Formación

  • 3-5 years of human resource experience required.

Overview

Ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole; assuring the compliance of personnel policies & procedures to create a good labor environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with supervisors to engage employees.
  • Coordinating new employee onboarding process with recruitment & training.
  • Managing employee relations: taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations.
  • Administrating employee services (cafeteria, transportation, benefits).
  • Coordinating engagement programs, events, and activities.
  • Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics (turnover, attendance).
  • Creating and implementing policies, procedures and/or programs to meet the legal regulations and to offer employee a safe environment.
  • Implementing HR projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor´s degree
  • 3-5 years Human Resource experience
  • Strong knowledge in Labor relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive nature.
  • Problem solving and attention to details.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Business English (plus)
