Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Site HR Business Partner to align people strategy with local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and trusted partner for employees, driving values and delivering results.

You will manage organizational structure, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development, and HR initiatives. Fluency in the local language and good English, along with SAP SuccessFactors exposure, are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role
• Solid understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
• Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset
• Solid knowledge of local HR legislation

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
• Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process
• Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
• Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects
• Coordination of the external HR service providers
• Oversee and supervise the onboarding, training and employee development processes
• Preparation of reports and analyses
• Coordinating and conducting the employee evaluation and bonus process
• Participation in audits and controls regarding managed areas
• Close cooperation with the workers council or union if applicable

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

• BA / BSc HR, business administration or related
• MA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred

Professional Experience:

Skills and competencies:
