Sulzer Pumps México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will work independently on routine tasks and collaborate with teams to ensure effective service delivery in a specialist role. The ideal candidate brings a university degree and 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, with strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

• Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 5–7 years of relevant experience are minimally required to carry out the role.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and employment law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.

About the role Job Summary The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting HR operations and implementing HR programs across the employee lifecycle. This role works independently on routine HR tasks and collaborates with teams to ensure effective service delivery. This job profile is intended for specialist professionals that apply advanced knowledge of a job area. Required to manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals. This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large organization.
