Kraft Heinz is seeking an HR analytics professional to review ZBB packages and entity performance using financial analysis and forecasting. The role covers HR data management, KPI tracking, and dashboard development for LATAM markets and Brazil/HQ coordination.

The candidate will work with advanced English, basic SAP finance knowledge, and experience with financial reporting tools to improve efficiency and decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance or similar.
• Advanced English
• Basic SAP finance mode
• Basic accounting
• Experience with financial reporting tools

Responsabilités

• Review HR ZBB packages and entity performance through financial analysis and forecast development.
• Track HR accounts closing, provisions, apportionments and reclassifications.
• Monitor HR KPIs through analysis and dashboards development and ensure data accuracy.
• Operationalize HR packages and entity AOP processes for LATAM markets via data modeling.
• Provide visibility of process status for stakeholders and participate in checkpoints.
