- Partner with leaders to design and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and retention.
- Coach and support managers on performance management, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
- Lead change management and cultural initiatives to improve engagement, reduce turnover, and strengthen organizational capability.
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, KPIs) to develop data-driven solutions and influence decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, benefits, and HR best practices while supporting payroll and HR operations.
- Benchmark HR practices and bring innovative approaches to strengthen employee experience.
Perfil buscado
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, ideally within a complex, matrixed, or global organization.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, talent management, and change initiatives. High resilience, decision-making ability in ambiguity, and commercial acumen.
- Knowledge in Workday, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office (Excel required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
