Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant Management, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Experience in hotel operations: Front Office, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, or Restaurant Management.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Supervise and develop hotel teams with coaching, training and performance management.
• Ensure efficient daily operations and compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless operation.
• Assist in labor scheduling, cost control, budgeting and operations planning.
• Monitor quality standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support revenue growth through operational excellence and guest service initiatives; maintain a safe, organized, and professional working environment.
