Jobgether is seeking a Data Services Reports & Insights Analyst in a remote-first setup for an international hospitality audience. You will build and refine reports, helping hotels transform operational and financial data into clear insights.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for querying transactional and reporting data.
• Experience turning data into dashboards and actionable insights for business users.
• Familiarity with hotel operations data and revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy).
• Experience in onboarding or customer-facing roles with the ability to teach users.

Responsabilidades

• Build, analyze, and optimize operational and financial reports and dashboards for hospitality customers.
• Translate raw property data into actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot data issues and perform root-cause analysis before exposing to customers.
• Coach customers on interpreting key metrics like ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and revenue.
• Collaborate with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success to improve reporting experiences.
• Identify data mapping and reporting logic inconsistencies and propose solutions.
