IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a data analytics professional to collect, interpret, and analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions. You will support dashboards and visualizations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reliable insights.

Collaborate with GIAD Data Integration & BI teams and business stakeholders to tailor analyses and deliver timely ad hoc reports, driving improved decision-making and operational efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills with data modeling and pivot tables.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure access to clean, reliable data for analysis, provide feedback on data quality and improvement/solution recommendations as needed.
• Understand business needs and tailor analysis to support decisions.
• Align on priorities, methodologies, and deliverables with broader analytics team.

Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, preferred or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Experience:

2-5 years experience in a relevant role or field

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Advanced Excel proficiency
• SQL (non negotiable)
• Python (nice to have)

• Accuracy and completeness of datasets used in analysis
• Timeliness of ad hoc reporting and insights delivery
• Quality and clarity of analysis presented to stakeholders
• Contribution to analytics projects and deliverables
