Job summary

Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Physician to support training and evaluation of AI systems focused on inpatient medicine and clinical documentation. You will review medical records, FHIR data, and notes to verify accuracy and consistency, identifying gaps and ensuring conclusions are well-supported.

Applicants should hold an MD/DO with board certification in IM, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine, and have inpatient experience within the last two years.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, including FHIR data and narrative notes.
• Verify clinical claims are supported by source records.
• Evaluate inpatient documentation (HPI, PMH, assessments, plans).
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and apply guidelines.
• Provide feedback to improve AI model performance and data quality.
• Document findings and communicate outcomes to the project team.
