Finance Officer – New Business (work assignment - Pasig/Laguna)

• Review events contributing to overall business profitability.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements per SKU for profitability management.
• Collaborate with assigned brands' commissary operations.
• Work with logistics, store operations, and R&D for system setups and resolutions.
• Align with the director on the monthly closing and outlook approach; prepare and revise monthly outlooks.
• Lead budgets, outlook/forecast preparation, and report variances.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reports, including outlook and monthly PNL.
• Assist in decision-making for key projects, prepare scenario analysis, and ensure system data integrity.
• Participate in weekly operations meetings and provide bi-monthly updates on the brand's financial health.

Finance Specialist – Product Cost Management (work assignment - Laguna)

• Prepare detailed financial plan or budget for new business acquisitions.
• Collaborate with PPIC, Engineering, Projects Team, R&D, Store SBU, Logistics, and other commissary teams in gathering and determining critical information for financial projections.
• Create and maintain financial models for a new business's financial outlook.
• Convert cost calculations and allocations for new products.
• Review standard product costing from R&D and check for reasonableness against current and projected prices.
• Determine and coordinate cost driver improvements and gaps between the business plan and actual results.

Finance Specialist – Transport & Warehouse (work assignment - Paranaque/Laguna)

• Analyze profit & loss and balance sheet variances.
• Maintain and update standard costing and transfer pricing systems.
• Support budgeting and forecasting through data gathering and analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and provide financial advisory.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Track capital expenditures and conduct inventory counts.
• Perform other finance-related tasks to support team efficiency
