Formación

• Minimum 5 years in a leading position in the automotive industry.
• Experience with process audits (LPA).
• Strong technical knowledge in maintenance and related fields.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure implementation of the modules of 'Excellent Maintenance'.
• Plan and optimize resources of the technical departments.
• Lead improvement projects to reduce operational costs.
• Define and implement the development strategy for technical functions.
• Maintain viability of the plant with preventive and reactive measures.
• Organize safety, security, and environmental protection structures.
• Decide on energy management issues.

Your tasks

• Ensures the implementation of the modules of the "Excellent Maintenance".
• Perform the planning and optimize the resources of the technical departments to ensure the profitability of the plant.
• Lead improvement projects to reduce the cost of operations related to the technical departments.
• Define and implement the medium and long term development strategy of the technical functions and related areas.
• Determine and implement the necessary preventive and reactive measures to maintain the viability of the plant.
• Organize and execute the necessary structures and procedures for safety, security and environmental protection to ensure theenvironmental protection to ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements.
• Deliberate and decide on energy management issues.

Your Profile

• 5 year or more in leading position in automotive industry.
• Auditorias de proceso LPA.
• Technical Knowledge in maintenance, technical functions, welding, bolting.
• Advanced English
• Teamwork, flexibility, negotiation and problem solving.
