Job summary

A rapidly growing fintech company is looking for a Project Owner to lead a portfolio of short-form video accounts aimed at enhancing financial literacy. In this role, you will oversee content creation across various platforms, manage a content production team, and ensure the quality and compliance of material. The ideal candidate has a strong background in short-form video production, fluency in Spanish, and a solid grasp of personal finance concepts. This position provides an opportunity to significantly impact financial education in Latin America.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with English C1 or higher.
• Proven track record of owning content output and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of personal finance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for ~10 short-form video accounts.
• Build, manage, and coach a distributed outsource team.
• Track and report on performance metrics.
• Run a continuous test-and-learn process.

Skills
