We’re reinventing how renters get approved for homes — backed by top-tier VCs, major real estate groups, and one of the fastest-growing operator networks in the U.S.
Now we need someone to own the entire marketing engine: brand, content, narrative, distribution, founder presence, and the pulse of the industry. This is our first dedicated marketing leader, and you’ll partner directly with the CEO and Head of Content (who is a rockstar!) to build a brand people pay attention to.
This isn’t a “run the marketing calendar” job.
This is about shaping culture in real estate + fintech, capturing attention, and turning a new company into a brand operators, investors, and founders talk about.

You Will
- Own the full marketing stack: narrative, brand, content, press, social, and distribution.
- 10x the CEO and leadership’s presence — ghostwrite sharp, scroll-stopping LinkedIn content.
- Create real-time content around real estate, technology, and operator culture.
- Lead and upskill the content team: Head of Content, Podcast Manager, plus future hires.
- Run our multi-platform engine — LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, email, website.
- Turn complicated renter/landlord/fintech concepts into content that feels human, useful, and fun.
- Produce campaigns and live activations (events, panels, podcast clips, partnerships).
- Oversee SEO strategy — from keyword mapping to content optimization to technical recommendations, ensuring our content becomes discoverable everywhere it lives.
- Build a constant stream of ideas that can be shipped fast — before they get stale.
- Partner with leadership on brand moments, launches, press angles, and category storytelling.
- Set the creative pace for the team — you move quickly, think strategically, and consistently operate a few steps ahead. When you see opportunities or trends, you run with them, and the team adjusts to your speed.
- Architect a company-wide content ecosystem — turning teammates into active storytellers. You’ll build prompts, scripts, templates, and creative direction so employees can confidently post on LinkedIn/X each week.

- You’ve run marketing for a Seed or Series A/B startup or served as the #2 marketer at a rocketship and are now ready to step into the #1 seat.
- You consistently generate high‑impact ideas, but more importantly, you can execute and ship them faster than the average team can keep up.
Skill We Love
- Ghostwriting for founders and C‑level executives.
- Strong copy instincts — you can write a post that lands.
- Comfortable directing video, producing content, or giving on‑camera guidance.
- Experience creating viral or high‑engagement content in real estate, tech, or finance.
- Ability to run experiments across LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts.
- Familiarity with press cycles, placements, newsletters, and industry media.
- Bonus: podcast experience or having built your own following/newsletter/media project.
