HEAD OF MAINTENANCE

Location: IRAPUATO, GUANAJUATO

YOUR TASKS

• Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and achievement of KPIs.
• Implement and oversee TPM, preventive, and autonomous maintenance systems.
• Plan and optimize resources, budget, and spare parts management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational goals.
• Develop and support maintenance staff through training and performance management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in maintenance management within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of TPM, Lean, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical, results-driven, and collaborative.
• Proficient in English.
