Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for HR Shared Services in Mexico.
• Oversee HRSS activities, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a large team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and other departments.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
• Utilize HRSS metrics to monitor performance and provide insights.
