Formación

Your Contribution
  • Work actively to manage and deliver HR Shared Services with responsibility for Regional HR SSC located in Europe/ Americas/Asia
  • Create shape of future Regional SSC direction and strategy development in cooperation and alignment of Regional HR Responsible, Global HR SSC Head, SSC Management Team and Centers of Expertise
  • Coordinate middle and long-term goals of the Regional SSC, develop and implement a strategy to achieve them
  • Responsible for Employees within Regional SSC. Create an environment where all Employees are engaged and constantly learning
  • Perform a key role in leadership, coaching, driving engagement, diversity and mentoring efforts
  • Deliver SLAs/KPIs and improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the operations for all HR processes each year
  • Ensure adherence to global and regional guidelines, processes and methodologies within the Regional SSC
Your Experience & Qualifications
  • Academic degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in the area of HR services including, managerial experience in SSC/BPO or HR Operations
  • Experience in a global company (multi-sited) with exposure to leading edge HR practices
  • Experienced with Success Factors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR and ticketing systems would be an advantage
  • Fluent English, additional language will be beneficial (e.g., German)
