A leading beverage company in Mexico is seeking a Product Innovation Transfer Manager to ensure compliance with technical standards and lead innovative product development. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in innovation projects, collaboration with external partners, and a strong background in international trade and quality assurance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and quality.

Formación

  • 3–5 years of experience in innovation project implementation, contract manufacturing, and licensing.
  • Background in International Trade, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Scientific Support, and PLM.
  • Experience coordinating support contractors.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders and external partners.
  • Negotiate to ensure timely and profitable product developments.
  • Lead technical evaluations with various teams.
  • Supervise feasibility tests with manufacturers.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the implementation of brand technical standards for all product developments in the U, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with technical leaders and external partners, including flavor houses, consulting agencies, FDA representatives, laboratories, and auditing firms.
  • Negotiate and coordinate to ensure timely, profitable, and compliant product developments.
  • Lead technical evaluations in collaboration with Quality Assurance, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
  • Supervise feasibility tests with manufacturers.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in innovation project implementation, contract manufacturing, and licensing.
  • Background in International Trade, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Scientific Support, and PLM.
  • Experience coordinating support contractors.
