A leading marketing firm is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing strategy and brand management of its Mexico-based subsidiary. The successful candidate will drive brand growth and market awareness through the development of effective marketing strategies, leading market research, and overseeing digital marketing efforts. With 8+ years of relevant marketing experience and strong analytical skills, the candidate will support the sales team and manage various marketing initiatives within a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, automotive, or electronics.
• Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns and brand strategy.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand positioning plans.
• Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights programs.
• Oversee digital marketing, content development, and local market communication.
• Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate PR.
