Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall operation of the Accounting Service Centre in the region, which includes the following functions : General Ledger, Closing & Reporting, Fixed Assets, Bank and Cash, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Representing Accounting Services with key stakeholders in the region. Developing a passionate team that is eager to deliver operationally and continuously embrace change on a local and regional scale. Providing accurate financial information, monthly account reconciliations, and explaining main balance-sheet deviations. Preparing and deploying internal control procedures and guidelines. Maintaining financial KPIs on target – overdues, payment on time, cash-flow forecast. Supporting and cross-functional collaboration with other financial areas such as Controlling, taxes, treasury, and Logistics, purchase, and operations. Ensuring high-quality vendor and customer communication and minimising overdue items. Ensuring full compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in SAP FI / CO. 5+ years experience with software for reporting and data analysis (dashboards).

Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability. Strong communication skills for dealing with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset for reconciliations and issue resolution. Fluent in English. Good command of Excel, databases, and reporting tools. Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to drive finance transformation through change management. Experience working in a truly multicultural working environment. Finance leadership experience, with proven success in leading teams through change-management processes.
