Job summary

Hunter Douglas in Monterrey is seeking a Director to lead the Global Oracle HCM Platform, owning strategy, architecture, governance, and operations across Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Onboarding, and related integrations.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT and regional teams to balance global standards with local regulatory needs, drive AI-enabled innovations, manage releases, and deliver scalable, secure solutions that align with enterprise HR technology goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business or related field.
• 10+ years HRIS/HR Technology or Oracle HCM Cloud experience in global enterprise.
• Experience leading global Oracle HCM platforms and integrations with payroll providers.

Responsibilities

• Own global Oracle HCM Cloud roadmap, strategy, architecture standards and governance.
• Lead global functional architecture across Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Onboarding.
• Define global configuration standards, security models, and regional variations.
• Oversee integrations with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, and regional payroll/timekeeping systems.

Director, Global Oracle HCM Platform

Position Overview

The Director, Global Oracle HCM Platform is responsible for the strategic leadership, architecture, governance, and operational excellence of Hunter Douglas' global Oracle HCM Cloud environment. This role serves as the primary owner of the platform, ensuring Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Onboarding, and related integrations operate as a scalable, secure, and globally aligned solution that supports business objectives across all regions.

Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, regional stakeholders, and external partners, this leader will drive platform strategy, continuous improvement, AI-enabled innovation, and global standardization while balancing regional business and regulatory requirements. Success in this role directly contributes to operational efficiency, data integrity, employee experience, compliance, and the achievement of enterprise HR technology goals.

What you'll do

• Own the global Oracle HCM Cloud roadmap, platform strategy, architecture standards, and governance model.

• Serve as the primary design authority for Oracle HCM and related HR technology solutions, ensuring scalable and sustainable designs.

• Lead the global functional architecture across Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Onboarding, and related employee lifecycle processes.

• Define and govern global configuration standards, business processes, security models, and approved regional variations.

• Provide strategic oversight for integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, regional payroll providers, timekeeping systems, and local HR applications.

• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to align technology investments and platform capabilities with organizational priorities.

• Lead the evaluation and adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve service delivery, reporting, testing, data quality, and employee experience.

• Govern platform operations, quarterly Oracle releases, change management, testing strategy, vendor performance, and Application Managed Services (AMS) delivery.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive HRIS, HR Technology, or Oracle HCM Cloud experience, including significant leadership responsibilities within a global enterprise environment.

• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Onboarding.

• Proven experience leading global Oracle HCM platforms in post-implementation environments, including roadmap ownership and governance.

• Strong experience supporting and governing integrations between Oracle HCM and global payroll providers; ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo experience strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated success managing global stakeholders, third-party vendors, Application Managed Services providers, and cross-functional delivery teams.

• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee data governance, privacy regulations, payroll dependencies, and compliance requirements across multiple regions.

• Experience leading release management, testing governance, change control, and production support processes in cloud-based environments.

• Practical experience leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to improve platform effectiveness, operational efficiency, and user experience.

• Excellent leadership, communication, influence, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills with the ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization.
