Micron Technology in Tlaquepaque, Mexico, is seeking a STAFF ENGINEER - HBM VERIFICATION to lead pre-silicon verification and end-to-end assessment of complex full-chip designs with low-power and power-management features.

You will build testbenches,stimulus, and coverage, drive verification strategy, and work with global teams using AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality of engineering workflows.

Formación

• Eight or more years of experience in pre-silicon verification.
• Proficiency in developing and simulating verification environments, testbenches, and stimulus.
• Experience leading verification activities and collaborating across distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead verification strategy and execution for full-chip builds including low-power functionality.
• Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon builds to identify issues and drive resolution.
• Build test cases and vectors to advance functional coverage for HBM architectures.
• Improve verification methodologies and regression flows for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate across global teams, applying AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
