Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer - HBM Verification to lead verification of high-bandwidth memory builds and influence verification methodologies.

You will collaborate with distributed teams to deliver high-performance memory solutions and ensure rigorous pre-silicon validation. The role requires extensive experience in full-chip verification, development of verification plans, and proficiency with UVM and AI-assisted tooling to enhance workflows and design quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of pre-silicon build verification experience for complex semiconductor products.
• Proficiency in developing, simulating, and maintaining verification environments and test benches.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end verification and analysis of complex full-chip custom builds for HBM products.
• Build, complete, and optimize verification plans, test cases, and stimulus to improve functional coverage and design quality.
• Build and maintain verification environments, test benches, and regression suites to support efficient pre-silicon validation.
• Collaborate with global build and verification teams to debug issues, improve methodologies, and drive successful project execution.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and automation technologies to improve verification efficiency, productivity, and engineering workflows.
