Advanced Energy in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking a Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement cost-effective testing methods for our systems and equipment. You will participate early in product development, creating data-driven processes and flexible tools to accelerate verification.

You will own test requirements from vendor to shipment, verify products against functional specs, and collaborate with design teams, vendors, and customers.

Formación

• Must have strong problem-solving attributes and ability to design test solutions.
• Experience with electrical test instrumentation and hardware/software integration.
• Ability to communicate with design teams, vendors, and customers.
• Willingness to travel for trainings or site support.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure testability of new product designs and provide feedback to design teams.
• Accurately estimate project costs for implementing test solutions.
• Own test requirements from vendor to shipment to customer.
• Verify products meet functional requirements and prepare tests and procedures.
• Analyze capabilities and control critical parameters of products and test equipment.
