Job summary

Allie seeks an Automation Technical Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions in manufacturing. You will work on PLC/controls for production lines, install electrical systems, and optimize processes with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years in the manufacturing industry.
Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proficient with Rockwell and Siemens PLCs.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
Willingness to travel to client sites for project implementation and support.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical installations aligned with project requirements and configure network installations to support automation systems.
Implement strategies defined by the Solution Architect for production line optimization and OEE improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute technical resolutions and enhancements for manufacturing processes.
Configure and manage automation systems in accordance with best practices and standards.
Instrument machines for data collection to support analysis and reporting.
Coordinate with Solution Architect to ensure effective integration across manufacturing systems.
Conduct regular system testing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
Provide training and technical support to end-users on implemented solutions.
Document all configurations and changes for future reference and continuous improvement.
