Wolf Recruiter Company is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Asterisk Developer to join our development team and help us enhance our telephony platform, develop new features, and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on SIP/telephony infrastructure, build IVRs and dial plans, and collaborate with front-end teams to deliver innovative functionalities within our hosted telephony platform.

Formación

• 4+ years of telephony system administration and development experience with Asterisk.
• 2+ years of experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or other distributions).
• Experience with AWS, Git, Docker.
• Experience in SaaS, CaaS, or hosted telephony environments.
• Strong programming skills in AGI scripting PHP.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MySQL and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience in creating and managing IVRs and dial plans within Asterisk.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, support, troubleshoot and implement new features on our telephony infrastructure.
• Fine-tune and support SIP/telephony infrastructure including Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and OpenSIPS.
• Collaborate with frontend GUI team to create innovative functionalities within our hosted telephony platform.
• Create complex IVRs and dial plans for call routing and automation.
• Develop and maintain scripting tools using shell, PHP, or other languages.
• Optimize database performance with MySQL for high availability and scalability.
• Lead and contribute to telephony projects within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

As an Asterisk Developer, you will:

• Develop, support, troubleshoot and implement new features on our telephonyinfrastructure Fine-tune and support our SIP/telephony application infrastructure,including Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and OpenSIPS.
• Develop and implement new features Work with our front-end GUI team to createinnovative functionalities within our hosted telephony platform.
• Create complex IVRs & dial plans Build, maintain, and enhance IVR flows, call routinglogic, and dial plans within Asterisk.
• Develop and maintain scripting tools Implement automation tools using shell scripting,PHP, or other relevant languages.
• Optimize database performance Collaborate with MySQL DBAs to fine-tune databaseperformance for high availability and scalability.
• Lead and contribute to telephony projects Participate in cross-functional teams toenhance our communication services.
• Support unified communications Implement and enhance voice, text, email, video, andchat solutions for a seamless experience.
• Research and recommend new technologies Stay ahead of the curve by evaluatingand suggesting software and hardware solutions for improved efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of telephony system administration and development experience with Asterisk.
• 2+ years of experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or other distributions).
• Experience with AWS, Git, Docker.
• Experience in SaaS, CaaS, or hosted telephony environments.
• Strong programming skills in AGI scripting PHP).
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MySQL and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience in creating and managing IVRs and dial plans within Asterisk.

Bonus / Good to have

• Some experience working with PHP, shell scripting.
• Asterisk upgrade/conversion experience is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Linux-based telephony applications like OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, VoIP.

Salary range $40,000 to $55,000 pesos monthly gross plus:
