EY-Parthenon is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to join the Strategy & Execution team. You will lead strategic engagements, manage client relationships, supervise consulting teams and contribute to business development, partnering with senior executives to drive growth and transformation across industries.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in business transformation or strategy, strong analytical capability, and experience collaborating with international teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in related fields.
• MBA or postgraduate degree highly desirable.
• 5–6 years of experience in Business Transformation, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or Strategic Planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead corporate strategy and growth strategy projects across industries.
• Manage project teams and oversee delivery of strategic recommendations.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analyses, industry research and growth evaluations.
• Develop and evaluate strategic alternatives to support executive decision‑making.
• Facilitate strategic planning processes and executive workshops.
• Support clients in business transformation, growth, market entry and expansion initiatives.
• Synthesize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Coach and develop consultants and senior consultants.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and business development.
