SHA Mexico is seeking a Group & Retreat Manager to design, curate, and deliver exceptional group experiences that reflect SHA’s standards of excellence in health, wellbeing, and longevity. You will craft bespoke itineraries, wellness journeys, and executive programs with seamless execution.

You will serve as the primary contact for group organizers from planning through on‑property delivery, build long-term corporate relationships, manage pre‑arrival planning and on-site logistics, and help

Formación

  • Degree preferred but not required in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Event Management or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish to support international guest experience.
  • 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, boutique hotels, or high-end retreats with group coordination responsibility.

Responsabilidades

  • Curate bespoke group wellness journeys integrating SHA offerings into cohesive programs.
  • Design creative itineraries tailored to group objectives (executive performance, leadership, longevity, restorative retreat).
  • Ensure every touchpoint reflects SHA’s brand standards and excellence.
  • Serve as primary contact for group organizers from planning to on‑property execution.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners to drive repeat business.
  • Lead pre-arrival planning: agenda, rooming lists, transport, special requests.
  • Oversee on-site logistics to ensure sessions and events run smoothly and on schedule.
  • Prepare and manage group budgets and billing in coordination with Sales and Finance.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and documentation for all programs.

The Group & Retreat Manager will be responsible for designing, curating, and delivering exceptional group experiences that embody SHA’s standards of excellence in health, wellbeing, and longevity. This role blends operational precision with creative vision, crafting bespoke itineraries, wellness journeys, and executive-level programs that are both seamless and transformative.

Job duties:
  • Curate bespoke group wellness journeys that integrate SHA’s medical, holistic, and hospitality offerings into cohesive, transformative programs.

  • Ensure every touchpoint reflects SHA’s brand standards, philosophy, and commitment to excellence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for group organizers from initial planning through on property execution.
  • Build long‑term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Lead all pre‑arrival planning, including agenda development, rooming lists, transportation coordination, and special requests.
  • Oversee on‑site logistics, ensuring all sessions, activities, and events run smoothly and on schedule.
  • Prepare and manage group budgets and billing in coordination with Sales and Finance.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and documentation for all group programs.
  • Support revenue optimization by identifying upsell opportunities that enhance the guest experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Advanced coursework or certifications in Wellness Management, Integrative Health, Luxury Hospitality, or Experience Design.
  • 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, boutique hotels, or high‑end retreat environments, with direct responsibility for group coordination, events, or guest experience.
  • Experience curating or designing guest journeys, events, or experiential programs, demonstrating creativity and an ability to craft meaningful, brand‑aligned moments.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to deliver SHA’s high‑touch, international guest experience.
  • Experience generating post‑event reports, feedback summaries, and operational insights.
