AMETEK, Inc. in Reynosa, Mexico, is seeking a Group Leader to provide operational support on production lines. The role trains direct production personnel and assists the supervisor in coordinating activities to meet the production schedule with quality and efficiency.

The candidate will verify schedule compliance, coordinate attendance, overtime, and leave, monitor hourly performance, and assist in training and reporting. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in manufacturing or similar position.
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Group Leader provides operational and management support to the production lines. Requirements:
