INFUSE Academy is seeking a Graphic Designer focused on data visualization to turn complex ideas into clear visuals. You will lead with clarity, distill dense concepts, and create assets that learners understand at a glance.

Bring a passion for data storytelling, proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and a collaborative mindset that embraces AI tools to accelerate creative output.

• Translate instructional content into visual concepts and storyboards.
• Design static graphics, infographics, and course assets that carry meaning.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to optimize visual angles for learning objectives.
• Co-create with AI tools as part of the design process.

What you will bring:

• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory
• Experience with data visualization: charts, infographics, diagrams that inform rather than decorate
• A visual storytelling instinct: you find the narrative in the numbers
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools -- you follow what is happening, you experiment, and you actively look for ways to co-create with AI rather than just use it
• Attention to detail and the self-organization to manage multiple projects

What you will do:
