Qualcomm is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for Q Studio in Mexico City to produce AI-generated photography assets and motion content. You will work inside Adobe Creative Cloud, pushing Firefly, Gemini, and Veo in a fast-moving team.

Collaborate with art directors and content strategists to deliver high-volume, high-quality design output across digital campaigns, social channels, and events, maintaining brand consistency and craft.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates both still and motion work.
• Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Demonstrated experience using Adobe Firefly or comparable generative AI image tools in a production design workflow
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for digital and social formats with working knowledge of platform specs across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliver on tight timelines without sacrificing quality
• Strong communication skills and comfort working within a collaborative, feedback-driven team environment

Responsabilidades

• AI-Powered Image Library Production: Generate, extend, and composite assets with Firefly, Gemini, Veo; build and refine prompt frameworks.
• Animation & Motion for Social and Digital: Create 5–15s hero animations; craft motion graphics and kinetic text in After Effects.
• Design & Brand Execution: Produce static/animated assets in Illustrator and Photoshop; maintain brand coherence across campaigns.
• Coordinate with brand/marketing leads to match visual identity needs.
• Organize asset libraries with DAM and creative operations teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Qualcomm is building something new. Q Studio is our in-house creative studio, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer who brings sharp visual instincts, strong motion skills, and a genuine curiosity for what AI tools can do in the hands of a talented designer.

In this role you will own the production of AI-generated photography assets and short-form hero animations that fuel always-on social, campaign, and digital channels across every Qualcomm line of business. You will work inside Adobe Creative Cloud daily, and you will be expected to push what is possible with Firefly, Gemini, and Veo as generative tools in your workflow.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role sitting inside a fast-moving creative team. You will work closely with art directors, motion designers, and content strategists to deliver high-volume, high-quality output without sacrificing craft.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

AI-Powered Image Library Production

• Use Adobe Firefly, Gemini, and Veo to generate, extend, and composite photography assets for each Qualcomm line of business including compute, mobile, auto, IoT, XR, and compute
• Develop and manage prompt frameworks and style guides that ensure visual consistency across generated asset libraries
• Retouch, refine, and adapt AI-generated imagery in Photoshop to meet production-ready standards
• Organize and maintain structured asset libraries in collaboration with the DAM and creative operations teams
• Partner with brand and marketing leads to understand the specific visual identity needs of each line of business

Animation & Motion for Social and Digital

• Design and produce short hero animations (5 to 15 seconds) optimized for social, paid digital, web, and display formats
• Execute motion graphics and kinetic text in After Effects, building from style guides and brand templates
• Use Veo and other AI video generation tools to develop animated content and B-roll concepts for social storytelling
• Cut and package deliverables in Premiere Pro for multi-format distribution across aspect ratios and platform specs
• Collaborate with the social content team to maintain a high-cadence delivery pipeline for always-on channels

Design & Brand Execution

• Create static and animated design assets in Illustrator and Photoshop that align with Qualcomm brand standards
• Apply consistent visual systems across campaigns, ensuring coherence from hero image to social cutdown
• Contribute to the evolution of design templates and reusable component libraries for the studio
• Support executive and event content production as needed, with fast turnaround on high-visibility deliverables

WHAT YOU BRING

Required

• 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates both still and motion work

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with Google Veo, Gemini image generation, or other AI video and image synthesis platforms
• Experience building or maintaining scalable asset libraries for enterprise or multi-brand environments
• Background in tech, semiconductor, or B2B brand design
• Familiarity with Figma for design handoff and collaborative workflows
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles as applied to creative image and video generation
• Motion design or character animation experience beyond basic kinetic type
