Alstom busca un SAP Key User para su sede en Ciudad de México. Tomarás un rol clave apoyando funcionalidades de SAP en la cadena de suministro y planificación, trabajando junto a equipos multicisciplinarios para optimizar procesos y garantizar la eficiencia operativa.

Buscamos alguien con formación en áreas relacionadas y experiencia o conocimiento de SAP en cadenas de suministro; serás responsable de soporte, formación y mantenimiento de datos, así como de documentar procesos y flujos de

Formación

• Must have degree in SCM, business admin, information systems or related field.
• Experience or understanding of SAP in supply chain and planning modules.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and planning methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert SAP support to Supply Chain & Planning.
• Identify and resolve SAP issues to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve SAP usage.
• Train team members on SAP best practices.
• Maintain accurate SAP data entries and documentation.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your SAP expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You’ll contribute to optimizing supply chain and planning processes, ensuring efficiency and excellence in operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as procurement, production, and logistics), provide key user support for SAP systems, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Providing expert support and guidance to the Supply Chain & Planning team on SAP functionalities.
• Identifying and resolving SAP-related issues to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance SAP system usage.
• Training team members on SAP best practices and new functionalities.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance in the SAP system.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for SAP processes and workflows.
