Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced Google Workspace Consultant to lead deployment, migration, administration, and security across enterprise collaboration environments in Mexico. The role requires hands-on consulting with strong client-facing skills and expertise in IAM and data migrations.

• Deploy and configure Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sites, Chat, Meet, Mobile Access).
• Conduct customer workshops and advise on Google Admin Console roles and best practices.
• Recommend and implement security configurations and governance controls.
• Lead data migrations from Exchange, OneDrive, Box, and other platforms using Google Workspace migration tools.
• Design and implement Workspace architecture including domain structure, identity management, user provisioning, mail routing, security, endpoint, mobile, and collaboration services.
• Provide technical consultation, troubleshooting, and deployment support.

What You'll Do:

Looking for an experienced Google Workspace Consultant with expertise in Google Workspace deployment, migration, administration, and security. The candidate should have strong customer-facing consulting experience and hands‑on knowledge of enterprise collaboration architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sites, Chat, Meet, Mobile Access).
• Conduct customer workshops and provide advisory on Google Admin Console roles and best practices.
• Recommend and implement security configurations and governance controls.
• Lead data migrations from Exchange, OneDrive, Box, and other platforms using Google Workspace migration tools.
• Design and implement Workspace architecture including domain structure, identity management, user provisioning, mail routing, security, endpoint, mobile, and collaboration services.
• Provide technical consultation, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
